i... do hate to break it to you dear anon, but there are a lot of people vote for their favourite character regardless of if the card is "as beautiful" as the card it is matched against. this is because people tend to like their favourite character's cards.

It's okay. I said in my ask that I wasn't directing that at you. I've just had a lot of Anons bother me about this subject. I'm sorry if I came off that way! Honestly! I hope I'm not scaring you away from the fandom. This is just... something that I have gotten a lot of shit for before and I tend not to answer the Anons who send me those mean messages. You were very polite in asking me about your interest in X Readers. I'm flattered that you wanted to make sure that you asked the question gently and made sure it was okay with me.

I've had people come into my Inbox and say: "Stop writing OCx Canon! I hate seeing that stuff," and things like "Could you just write Reader Inserts? I'm tired of seeing you post about your OCs." Frankly, it hurts my feelings and I try not to take it to heart because I'm used to people doing that. I am the most supportive and positive about OCs and CMC and Self Insert fics. I work my ass off trying to make this blog safe for anyone who wants to talk about their MC. I'm not angry at you, Anon. I'm happy to have you following me.
